Dish Jeans Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What countries do you Ship to?

A: We currently ship within Canada and the US Excluding: Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin islands.

Q: What methods of shipping do you use?

A: We ship our orders through UPS. All orders can be tracked through UPS Tracking.

Q: What are your shipping fees?

A: Free ground shipping on all orders over $75.00.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Q: Will my Credit card be charged immediately?

A: No. Your credit card will be charged only once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an email/notification that your order has been received by Dish. Within 2-3 days, we will send a follow-up e-mail notification stating that your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: Any order that has already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have not received an email stating your order is completed, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept/What are my payment options?

A: We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard.

Q: Do you ship to PO or FPQ boxes?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO or FPQ boxes.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: The Dish Jeans Return policy for online purchases is as follows:

If you are unsatisfied, please return your purchase to us for a full refund. We will refund any unwashed, unworn items (with the Dish tags attached), along with a copy of your receipt or invoice.

Customers have 30 days from date of shipment to return goods.

Any item that appears to be worn, abused or altered will not be accepted.

Ground shipments only! Air shipments will be refused. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return or exchange.

Exchanges will be accepted on SAME STYLE items only. When returning goods, please make a note stating what size you require. Availability will be checked at time of processing. If an alternative is available, you will be notified via e-mail confirmation.

Q: How should I ship my return or exchange?

A:

For a return: Please pack and seal your return in its original packaging. Attach a copy of your original invoice/packing slip to the outside of the box. PLEASE NOTE: No refund will be issued without a copy of your original receipt or invoice.

For an exchange: Please include a note stating what size you require. Once availability has been confirmed, your exchange will be shipped to the original shipping address only. For your protection, please ship with a carrier who will provide a tracking # to ensure your package does not get lost.

Q: When will my credit card be refunded?

A: Once your return has been processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card. You will also receive an e-mail confirming the credit. PLEASE NOTE: some banking institutions may require a few additional days to process and post your credit to your account once they have received the information from us.

Q: Can I return goods purchased online to a Dish retailer or vice versa?

A: No, all Dish purchases need to be returned to the original place of purchase. If you have an issue with goods purchased please contact the original retailer for assistance.

Q: Where can I find a store near me that sells your products?

A: To search for a Dish retailer, please go to www.dishjeans.com and select our store locator. You are able to search by city or postal code for a list of Dish retailers within a 25 mile radius.
